HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. (KTLA) -- People Stake

their spots for Huntington Beach's 4th of July Parade.

Several thousand people camped out overnight to claim 

a coveted spot on the median along Main Street.

They were allowed to section off their spots 

starting at 7 a.m. Tuesday
